Our curated panel consists of builders who have been thoroughly vetted, and many have successfully completed numerous projects for our clients with outstanding results. Our builders are required to hold open licenses with no restrictions and possess a robust trading history of at least five years. Most of our builders are licensed in Categories 2, 3, or 4, with the capacity to manage projects ranging from $3 million to $60 million annually. We do have a few exceptional companies that fall outside these parameters. Our builders are experienced in a wide array of projects, including single, double, and three-storey homes, townhouse developments with 2 or 3 levels, investment properties, and high-quality luxury homes up to 600 square meters. They also specialize in knockdown-rebuilds, childcare centres, small commercial projects, renovations, and challenging sloping sites.

Initially, we conduct a comprehensive license history check with the QBCC to confirm that the builder has a clean trading record. We assess the type and grade of their license, the date it was issued, and any previous trading names associated with the current building nominee. Additionally, we evaluate the maximum revenue the builder has achieved, the number of completed projects throughout their trading history, and any disciplinary actions recorded against them. This thorough vetting process ensures that we only partner with builders of the highest integrity and reliability.

All builders undergo rigorous checks and ongoing monitoring through Creditor Watch to ensure they have no outstanding debts, court judgments, insolvency notices, or credit issues stemming from cross directorships, and that they maintain a solid credit history. Our continuous monitoring allows us to stay informed about any inquiries from mercantile companies regarding unpaid debts, documents filed with ASIC, or other potential red flags that may indicate financial instability. We do not accept companies with any signs of credit impairment, ensuring that we partner only with builders who demonstrate financial reliability and integrity.
