We assess the type and grade of their license, the date it was issued, and any previous trading names associated with the current building nominee. Additionally, we evaluate the maximum revenue the builder has achieved, the number of completed projects throughout their trading history, and any disciplinary actions recorded against them. This thorough vetting process ensures that we only partner with builders of the highest integrity and reliability.
All builders undergo rigorous checks and ongoing monitoring through Creditor Watch to ensure they have no outstanding debts, court judgments, insolvency notices, or credit issues stemming from cross directorships, and that they maintain a solid credit history. Our continuous monitoring allows us to stay informed about any inquiries from mercantile companies regarding unpaid debts, documents filed with ASIC, or other potential red flags that may indicate financial instability. We do not accept companies with any signs of credit impairment, ensuring that we partner only with builders who demonstrate financial reliability and integrity.
